After your request is submitted, you will receive a ticket number via email to help identify your request and you may also check the status of your request at any time.

NOTE:  

All support question are handled Monday through Friday only. Anything submitted Saturday or Sunday will be handled the first thing Monday Morning.

Once Your Question Has Been Submitted, it will be forwarded to the first available customer care rep.  All inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours.
