Terms And Conditions Classified Coop NOTE:
This is the same information you
received in your welcome letter when you
joined the coop, so it's just a refresher for
you. >> YOU DO NOT SUBSCRIBE THE
ADVERTISER TO YOUR EZINE.
Why? Advertisers do not want to be bombarded
with tons of
email. They may end up unsubscribing before
their ad is run and
therefore you may lose out in the long run.
With this option this also increases the
chance of more repeat
customers which is worth their wait in gold.

EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS
=============================
>> You MUST click on the confirmation link
that is sent with
each ad within 72 hours (3 days)
>> All ads must run within a 5-6 week time
period. If you are
unable to run the ad within that time limit,
you will be put on
backlog status until you
have the advertising space free.
I use a custom confirmation script for that
purpose and I
receive a copy as well as the advertiser
when you submit a run
date for the ad.
All confirmations will be sent via the link
in the email. If
you send your own confirmations, then I have
no way of tracking
this and therefore you will be removed from
the coop.
>> I must also receive a copy of your issue
when you run the
ad. Simply forward a copy of the ezine when
you run the ad.
Failure to Follow Any of these rules and
you will be removed from the Coop.

Your ezine must meet FTC guidelines, meaning
you:
Do Not send unsolicited email (Spam)
You DO have a valid unsubscribe link at the
bottom of each and
every email sent to your list.
You also have valid postal and/or phone
number in case your
unsubscribe link doesn't work.
